After holding significant positions such as Finance Inspector, Head of Istanbul Tax Office, and Head of the Large Taxpayers Tax Office, Atty. Prof. Dr. Mehmet KOÇ pioneered the establishment of BM Tax Consultancy.

He has served as a board member in several major companies, including Toprak Finans Financial Leasing Inc., AYEDAŞ Electricity Distribution Inc., and BEDAŞ Electricity Distribution Inc.
